I asked the room service and they said that because the 4th floor is the top floor, there are "machine parts" running on the top floor and they cannot be turned off, so this sound cannot be eliminated."

The buffet restaurant on B1 offers a wide variety for both breakfast and dinner, but it lacks some local specialties like 'guoyou mian' or minced meat noodles. The beverage selection could also be improved."

"Highly recommended! The guesthouse staff were very kind – they even thoughtfully cut watermelon for me during check-in! The room was very clean and I slept very comfortably! The overall style is ethnic and very unique! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Especially for someone like me with a sensitive stomach who's been eating out for too long, this home-cooked meal was refreshing – light, clean, and comforting! The guesthouse also has many kittens, and the owner grows lots of vegetables and flowers – it's really beautiful!! It's also a great place to bring children. There's a restaurant not far from the guesthouse, and the food is quite good! You can experience some Uyghur atmosphere in the evening. Highly recommend stopping here for a rest!"

"Choosing Liguangli Homestay during my trip to Yining, Yili was such a wise decision! The overall experience was exceptionally comfortable, completely exceeding my expectations. The stay was truly exceptional. The homestay was incredibly clean, the bedding was very comfortable, and the mattress was exceptionally firm. After a long day of travel, I slept soundly that night. The facilities were also thoughtfully designed, with attention to detail: a zero-pressure mattress, a large bathtub, a Hansgrohe showerhead, hot water, and high-quality toiletries. The owner and staff were all super nice, offering airport pickup and being incredibly friendly. They proactively recommended good places to eat and have fun on Liuxing Street, responding promptly to any needs. I felt very comfortable and at ease, like staying at a friend's house. I absolutely loved the homestay's style! It blends local Yili Silk Road charm with modern minimalist aesthetics. The exterior features the iconic Yili blue facade of Liuxing Street, creating a unique and exotic atmosphere. The courtyard is quiet and peaceful, with lush greenery that is incredibly soothing. The room's decor is incredibly stylish, with ethnic patterns, vintage lamps, and intricately carved wood details brimming with charm. It's perfect for taking photos; every snapshot is an atmospheric masterpiece, both retro and sophisticated, without being ostentatious. The guesthouse is located right inside the Liuxing Street scenic area. Within walking distance are popular spots like the Accordion Museum, the famous blue wall, Gulandam Ice Cream, and Black Ram BBQ. The lively atmosphere of the streets is right outside your door, without having to travel far. It's also very convenient to explore the surrounding area, find restaurants, and take taxis to other places. Staying here makes exploring Liuxing Street a breeze, and getting around is incredibly convenient. Overall, the experience was perfect, and the price was excellent. Staying here in Yining's Liuxing Street is definitely a safe bet. I'll definitely choose Liguangli again next time I'm in Yili!"

"Facilities: Excellent, fully equipped, hand sanitizer smells nice but doesn't cause headaches. Cleanliness: Clean and hygienic, comfortable bedding. Environment: Quiet and comfortable. Service: The Kazakh receptionist was exceptionally friendly and even upgraded our room for free. She was always smiling and helpful. I'll definitely come back next time."
JI Hotel (Yining Fuzhou Road Lin Zexu Memorial Hall)
"The hotel is right next to the Lin Zexu Memorial Hall, making it very easy to find. It's also super close to Liuxing Street, the Grand Bazaar, and Kazi Qila. They have a dedicated parking lot, which is a huge plus for self-driving tourists. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room itself was cozy, and the water pressure was great. Plus, they provided eight bottles of water, which was a lifesaver for our Xinjiang road trip – it really lived up to that running joke about Ji Hotel being afraid their guests might get thirsty, haha!"

"The hygiene was terrible. There were many marks on the walls and in the shower. The toilet was inside the shower, with no separate wet and dry area. The smart toilet was broken, constantly flushing and making a lot of noise; it took several presses to stop. The showerhead was also broken, leaking and not dispensing water. I ended up having to use the overhead shower head, which had to run for a long time before the hot water was hot enough. The smart buttons were useless; the curtains didn't work. The internet was terrible; ordering takeout wouldn't even refresh, and loading images on video apps took forever. The sheets and blankets had holes, and the towels were made of non-absorbent material. The platform said it was newly renovated in 2025, but the facilities and amenities were quite old. The app listed it as a 4-star hotel, and while there were rooms with breakfast, the restaurant didn't provide it. The value for money was very low; hotels at the same price point offer much better rooms and amenities. The only good thing was that the washing machine and dryer worked well, but the laundry room didn't provide toiletries."
